As CFO, Jason leads the dedicated team responsible for all of the financial operations at Baupost. He is also a member of the firm’s Management Committee.  Before joining Baupost in 2010, Jason was a founder and the COO and CFO of Theory Capital Management, L.P.  Earlier experience includes many years as the CFO of Abrams Capital in addition to working with Audax Group, Fidelity Investments, and as a CPA with Ernst & Young, LLP.  Jason graduated magna cum laude from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. He is the Treasurer of the Lillylulu Foundation and a member of the Town of Hingham’s Audit Committee.
